Train with purpose this off-season. This 6-week program is designed for athletes aged 12+ to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and prep for next season. Whether you’re a quarterback or wide receiver, you’ll get elite coaching, high-repetition reps, and sport-specific training to perform at your best.
Program Details:
6 Sessions = $199
Small-group format for maximum reps + individualized coaching
Athletes aged 12+
Thursdays 7pm starting March 5
Location: Peak Performance & Fitness Center + Local Football Field (weather permitting)
Coaches: Coach Damien Wallace (QBs) & Coach Kisaye Barnes (WRs)
