Basketball Performance Training at Peak Performance & Fitness Center is designed for middle and high school athletes who want to improve athletic performance beyond traditional basketball drills alone.
This program combines strength and conditioning, explosive power development, agility training, and movement mechanics to help athletes move more efficiently, jump higher, build strength, and perform with greater confidence on the court.
Athletes will train in a structured, performance-focused environment designed to support long-term athletic development, injury prevention, and measurable progress over time.
Quarterly vertical jump testing is included to help track performance improvements throughout training.

*Monthly enrollment includes access to all scheduled Basketball Performance Training sessions held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6PM during the athlete’s active membership period.
Billing recurs monthly on the original enrollment date. Cancel anytime prior to your next billing cycle.
Because this is an ongoing training program, unused sessions do not roll over month-to-month.
Open Gym memberships are available separately for athletes who want additional gym access outside of scheduled class times.
